You finally landed a new job opportunity, congratulations ! It’s now time to start your first day and get accustomed to this new environment. Joining a new team is exciting, but what can you do to make sure you integrate well to set yourself up for success ?

After having spent time searching for a new job and preparing for interviews, professionals think that the toughest part is behind them. As a result, they tend to improvise during the integration phase by just showing up and hoping that their hard work will speak for itself. Unfortunately, that’s not always enough.

What about building strategic relationships ? What about building an authentic presence while adapting to new company culture ? What about growing fast within your position? How to make sure you made the right choice ?

For this new career chapter to flourish, the first few weeks are crucial.

The purpose of this workshop is to help you strategize and chronologically plan the first 90 days after joining a new company. To settle well into your new role, you will be guided step by step on what to consider and care for in your integration phase so you feel more confident and in control of your career.
